Riding 7 to 8 hours a day is a good rule for a pleasant trip.

Riding times will change due to hours of sunlight during different seasons and course conditions. In particular, the afternoon schedule should be less demanding than the morning.

Things to Lookout for During Overnight Trips
You can experience the pleasure of cycling by setting a shorter course and taking in scenic spots and points of interest in a leisurely manner rather than prioritizing a time schedule.
Total distance: 90 km total per night's stay
Three days/two nights: About 200 km round trip
Daily Distance Pace Breaks
Ride around 50 to 60 km over 7 to 8 hours. Set a basic speed of 15 km/h and vary it depending on road conditions. Standard practice is one break every 40 minutes. Each break should be about 5 to 10 minutes. Taking too long a break can actually increase fatigue and should be avoided.
