| Since the cross-country event is a competition lasting two hours or more, a feed area is set up where teammates are allowed to hand off to each other food and water as well as equipment such as eye goggles. | To protect the environment, spiked tires that damage the course are prohibited. | The champion can wear this jersey in the same event at the next All Japan Championships the following year. |
