One-Day Races

One-day races are team competitions.
One-day races are individual road competitions between teams, each which wears the same sort of jersey that can even have their sponsor's name on it.

Men: 250 to 280 km

Women: 20 to 30 km

Men: 250 km

Woman: 120 km
A strategic race unfolds centered around the ace rider on each team in an attempt to improve the team's record by most effectively utilizing the ability of each teammate.

Start Participants

All riders start at once at the sound of the starting gun. Four to ten regular members may join each team.
